Help!
I just got a palmllle for from someone claiming that the palm is 4-5mths old, as i bought it he also claimed that the warrenty card was sent online, but, now just 2 weeks later i accidently dropped it and its screen is nolonger working. I called up the technical help-line and was told to fax the receipt over and they would send a replacement.
However the previous owner did not give it to me when i called him up he could't find it. So now i have a $200 second-hand palm that i can't use even though it was claimed that it was supposed to be under warrenty.

Can anybody help me please!?

I thought the palm screen is not covered under the warrenty? Are you sure they will do the replacement?

Anyway, if I were you, I'll request the person who sold the palm to contact Palm. After all, the palm is registered under his/her name.

As far as I know, Palm does not cover accidental damage such as broken screens. You could do an exchange, but I think you might need to pay something like $160 for the damaged screen which is not covered under the warranty.
