    HELP: iTunes problem

I was unable to launch my iTunes due to some missing dll files. Tried reinstalling. Same problem
Then I tried to download the missing file and then relaunch iTunes, got another message saying another dll file was missing. This went on for 4 downloads of dll files. Just wondering if there is a way to solve this than painstakingly downloading the dll files one by one!

    Help, anyone??

Uninstall, restart then install again. Not sure if it will help.

Sometimes the dll are being used, so it will be held and does not become replaced when you reinstall.

Tried that a few times. Failed

    Sigh. not much help.

Actually, since reinstalling iTunes doesn't help, should I remove the Apple Application Support files too? That's where the CoreFoundation files are found.

Try removing all the Apples. Perhaps it may help.

I think its a MS problem.

But will removing all the apple related programs cause problems later on?

I tried and still have the Itunes Error 7 (Windows Error 127) problem. Even tried downloading older versions like 9.0 and 9.1.
    Help....?? Anyone??

Roy, you are a lifesaver! It worked!!
Didn't realise this Bonjour is an apple related program
Also didn't realise that uninstalling doesn't really remove all files. Need to go to Program to delete all the folders - iTunes, Bonjour, Quicktime and Apple

    Thanks!

    Re: HELP: iTunes problem

Strange that it happened to XP.... i know on Win7 if you are not installing iTunes with the same admin login as the one using, there are plenty of user rights, user ownership issues.
Anyway, best is to remove everything and install fresh with latest version.
